Via our website, Givaudan offers a select group of people (“members”, “you,” or “your”) the opportunity to participate in surveys relating to our products and to openly express positive and negative criticism in forums that we provide. We aim to satisfy members’ needs and ensure that our services are always geared to those needs. Your active membership is very valuable to us in helping us to fulfil this objective.

• 1. Membership of/participation in ThePerfumeClub

Serious or repeated violations may result in your access to ThePerfumeClub being completely blocked and/or the termination of your membership in ThePerfumeClub.

  The views and opinions expressed by ThePerfumeClub members do not necessarily reflect those of Givaudan. Statements published by members inside the site’s Lounge area and all other areas represent such members’ personal opinions.

• 8. Cancellation/Termination of ThePerfumeClub membership

  • a.You can terminate your membership in ThePerfumeClub at any time without giving notice. To do so, click on the “Unsubscribe” link in one of the emails you received from ThePerfumeClub or contact support@theperfumeclubcommunity.platform1.cx.
  • b.Givaudan is entitled to terminate your membership in ThePerfumeClub at any time without stating reasons. Once Givaudan has terminated your membership, you may only re-join ThePerfumeClub with the express permission of Givaudan. Further, Givaudan may completely

  shut down the ThePerfumeClub website or service without notice or warning.

• 9. Privacy Policy / Drawing Terms and Conditions

  A separate Privacy Policy exists and can be found on the website for ThePerfumeClub. Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy is a condition for your use of ThePerfumeClub. In addition, ThePerfumeClub periodically runs prize drawings for its members who wish to participate. The complete rules for the drawings are found in the separate document titled Drawing Terms and Conditions, found on this website. Your participation in a drawing is subject to Drawing Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.
